Hip Hop mogul Dame Dash loses his children after custody battle with ex-wife Rachel Roy
According to Hot 97 and TMZ reports, a judge has made a decision in the Dame Dash custody battle with his ex-wife Rachel Roy. Roy was granted full custody and Dash loses the brutal battle after a restraining order was previously filed by Roy.
He was granted supervised visits with their 15 and 6-year-old children. The decision was the result of Roy’s allegations that their relationship was abusive in the past, claiming him,
“an unfit parent.”
Damon countered her claims by bringing up her alleged threats against him over the years, including her threatening him with a knife. Dame had filed for full custody earlier this month claiming she was not only abusive toward him, but has put their children’s well being in danger.
Hopefully they both can work out their differences for the sake of the children, so that both parents are consistently present during their upbringing.
