Common seems to be very busy now a days.
Common has been very occupied after recently winning an Best Original Song Oscar for him and John Legend’s “Glory”. Ever since then, he has been casted for multiple film roles. He is supposed to be in an upcoming thriller Every Secret Thing and Spike Lee’s new project, Chiraq.
It has just been announced that Common will also star in Barbershop 3. I guess it is safe to say that Common is a rapper turned actor, but he still raps.

Its been over a decade since Barbershop 2, so I am excited to see what the crew has been up to. There is no official release date for the movie, but it’s scheduled to drop some time next year.
