Last week, editor-in-chief of vogue magazine, Anna Wintour, appeared in a sketch on Late Night with Seth Meyers, parodying her public persona. Wintour’s persona has inspired films such as The September Issue but she proved she has a funny bone as she played Myer’s boss during her comedy debut. The skit features Wintour as herself and the real creative mind behind The Late Night Show. In this spoof, Myers discusses how integral Wintour has been to the comedy industry and praises her for her contributions to Saturday Night Live, Seinfeld and Animal House. Off screen, Wintour and Myers are good friends, in fact, Vogue did a spread in 2013 on Myers’s wedding. In 2012, Seth Myers also hosted the CFDA Awards with fashion advice from Wintour herself.
