43-year-old actress Jada Pinkett Smith recently opened up about her “intense” relationship with the late rapper Tupac Shakur on Howard Stern’s SiriusXM radio show.
“You know, it’s so funny. Now being older, I have more of an understanding of what that was between us. When you have two young people that have very strong feelings, but there was no physical chemistry between us at all, and it wasn’t even just for me! It was him too. There was a time when I was like, ‘Just kiss me! Let’s just see how this goes.’ When I tell you it had to be the most disgusting kiss for us both,” Jada shared.
She added, “The only way I can put it is that the higher power did not want it at all. If Pac and I had any kind of sexual chemistry, we might have killed each other because we were both so passionate. And you know, we loved deeply. It was hard enough with us just being friends. It was a volatile relationship.”
She then briefly touched base on how Pac’s mentality slowly changed once he got out of jail for the very first time. She also spoke about the huge blowout they had right after his release; She indicated it was because she didn’t agree with the route he was then heading.
“I told him that it was a destructive direction,” she said.
When asked if she felt any guilt on the night Pac was murdered, she said she felt “just sadness.”
…for not having the opportunity to tell him I love him, but I know he knew that.

Of course their relationship was volatile. Tupac was raised by angry, volatile parents who were members of the black panther party. His step-daddy is in prison for life for killing a black state trooper. No matter how pro-black the black panthers claim to be, they will attack and kill black people. Tupac’s mom was a piece of work. Her anger issues caused her own incarceration while she was pregnant with Tupac. Just think if Jada would have stayed with him. Jada would not have been with him for a long period of time. She knows that Tupac’s behavior would have been too much for her to handle.
