Wale delivers a climactic visual for his Usher-assisted “The Matrimony”
The Album About Nothing debuted at #1 this year, and it’s thanks to records like this. Near the end of the album, with assistance from a Jerry Seinfeld introduction, Wale and Usher crafted a gorgeous ballad about the youth’s perspective on marriage, and we finally have a video for it. Wale gets involved in a romantic fling with a woman who later ends up at the altar with a different man, who represents the stability that Wale can’t necessarily offer. But who needs stability when you can have love?
