Last night, Compton rapper YG was shot three times in the hip according to this TMZ report.
Law enforces tell the popular news and gossip site that the incident occurred around 2 o’clock this morning in Studio City, and YG was able to get in his car and get driven by an associate to a nearby hospital.
Upon being called to the scene, police officers found shell casings and blood. Authorities were dispensed to the hospital where YG was being tended to, but the rapper was allegedly “uncooperative.”
Karen Civil, who works very closely with YG on his business entities among other facets of his career, tweeted out a brief, positive update on the rapper’s current condition.
YG is doing fine. Nothing life-threatening.
