Puff Daddy Readies ‘No Way Out 2’ instead of ‘MMM’?

Diddy has been a very busy man. At last month’s BET Awards he reunited on stage with Bad Boy artists Ma$e, Styles P and Jadakiss (Lox), 112Lil Kim and Faith Evans for Bad Boy’s 20th anniversary. Days later he announced they will be taking their reunion on the road, on the Bad Boy Family Tour.

The Hip-Hop mogul has been working on a new album, and debuted its newest single with super producer Pharrell Williams, titled “Finna Get Loose,” at the BET Awards. Puff is still working on his oft-teased MMM, album, but according to the latest addition to Bad Boy Records, Gizzle, Puff is also currently working on No Way Out 2 (NWO2). Gizzle also claims that NWO2 will be Puff‘s last album ( yeah right!).  The album will be the follow-up to 1997’s iconic No Way Out LP, which Diddy and company released under the moniker Puff Daddy & The Family.

Gizzle confirmed this at ASCAP’s Rhythm & Soul Music Awards. “I’m working on Puff Daddy’s last album,” said Gizzle. “It’s called No Way Out 2. It’s a crazy project. I’m very honored to be a part of it. Nobody can make an album like Puff Daddy. I’ll be actually rapping on there too.” Gizzle continued “No Way Out 2 will be Puff’s final album. It’s one of a kind. The mindset is to just be classic and be epic and to really live up to that. We know it’s a tall order, but we welcome the challenge.”  When asked about Puff’s previously announced album, Gizzle said “I think MMM is something else, you’ll be surprised. It’s a lot of cool things going on.”
