2015’s hottest hitmaker announces his sophomore LP
Few people have dominated the charts in 2015 like The Weeknd, who has already had three songs surge into the Billboard 100 Top 20. “Earned It,” “The Hills,” and “Can’t Feel My Face” have all experienced immense success, and off the strength of his trifecta, the Toronto native has announced his sophomore album’s title and release date.
Beauty Behind The Madness will be Weeknd’s first official release since his Republic Records debut, Kissland, in 2013, and it touches down on August 28.
We’ll undoubtedly get a video for “Can’t Feel My Face,” and at least one more heater before then. While we wait for the tracklist to surface, remember that Kanye West is rumored to be the project’s only feature, as per Ed Sheeran‘s recent interview on Beats Radio.
