As the summer continues to heat up, some dope events occurred in the big apple as Brooklyn played host to an amazing car and bike show experience. The Source Magazine was in attendance at the MCU Parking Lot in the Coney Island section of Brooklyn as we were amongst the lucky encounters to witness some of the most creative and innovative cars/bikes to be presented to the public in recent memory.  Hot 97’s DJ Magic did a outstanding job of putting together a highly organized, purposeful event in which the proceeds being earned from ticket sales went to donations for The Lupus Foundation & The Coney Island Generation Gap. Some cool surprise guests were on hand as Brooklyn’s own Maino, Uncle Murda and Safaree “SB” Samuels performed. Newly acquired Los Angeles Clippers shooting guard and Abraham Lincoln High School legend Lance Stephenson was able to grace the fans with his presence. The cast of the hit YouTube show known as “Money & Violence” was on hand to have fun and turn up with the fans as well.

Besides the cool surprise guest appearances, fans were able to enjoy some amazing looking cars as there were a variety of automobiles that were parked up in the lot ready to be used as a photo crop. From sports cars to classic low riders, there were some hot looking cars kids were going crazy over as well as adult car connoisseurs were drooling over as these whips were filled with state-of-the-art rims paint jobs and surround sound system. With DJ Magic’s hand selected models roaming around the lot to show some major fan appreciation, this event was a outstanding turn out in which hip hop and car fans were impressed with the quality of cars being presented to the public. Craftmanship, high quality of entertainment and beautiful vibes all around, Hot 97’s own DJ Magic definitely shut the streets down in impressive fashion. Shout outs to Magic and his street team for a well put together event to continue to spread the positivity and love the Brooklyn way.
