Last week Windmark Recording Studio Debuted its Artist Series Featuring Knowledge Bennett’s ‘Cojones’ Collection.
On August 1, Los Angeles’s Windmark Recording Studio doubled as an exhibition space showcasing Bennett’s gold-painted works. The 7-foot tall installation pieces incorporate the body ’80s rapper Slick Rick with the faces of todays most respected artists. Kendrick Lamar was one of the first guests to preview the series before its premiere. ONEHOPE Wine and specialty SVEDKA cocktails were served at the opening night event as guests enjoyed the beautifully overpowering pieces. Bennet’s work perfectly embodied Windmark Recording Studio’s goal of encouraging creation by providing talented artists with a space to showcase their work and harbor dialogues.
