According to a TMZ report, the L.A. County Sheriff’s Department has completed its investigation into the fatal Bruce Jenner car crash earlier this year, concluding Jenner violated the vehicular manslaughter law Penal Code section 192(c)(2).

The case will be sent to the D.A. next week and in a 161-page report it states that Jenner “set off a chain of events” that led to the death of Kim Howe on Pacific Coast Highway. The report explains traffic was either stopped or just starting to move when Jenner slammed into the Lexus in front of him, violating the misdemeanor vehicular manslaughter law by traveling under the speed limit at an unsafe speed based on road conditions.
