Omaha native, Marcus Hustle, is an indie artist putting in that work.
Growing up, he was inspired by hip-hop moguls such as, Russell Simmons, P.Diddy, and Master P. In 2010 he started Bankroll Boy Ent, in order to promote some local artist and fell into the role of artist a year later. Upon discovering a love and talent for writing, both hip hop & rnb records, this led to a 3-part mixtape series ,G.R.I.T.S. (GettingRevenueInTheStreets). Currently promoting the third installment of the G.R.I.T.S. mixtape series, G3 has opened up for industry acts such as YG , Webbie and has also collaborated on tracks with artist such as E40, Kevin Gates ,Johnny Cinco, and Skooly.
