The Yankees took issue with Carlos Gomez of the Houston Astros last night in the Bronx. Gomez, who was recently acquired from the Milwaukee Brewers at the trade deadline to help Houston make it back to the postseason for the first time in 10 years. Gomez has had a history of sparking another team to want to throw down, cue Brian McCann. Just to make things worse, Gomez homered in his next at-bat.
The Astros defeated the Bronx Bombers 15-1.
