By now, you’re abreast of Lamar Odom‘s unfortunate situation. If not, in summation, the former NBA Champion and 6th Man of the Year was found unconscious on the floor of a Nevada brothel. He has since been rushed to a hospital, and is being cared for in Nevada, where several people have come to support him, including Kobe Bryant, Lakers GM Mitch Kupchak, Jesse Jackson, and his ex-wife, Khloe Kardashian.
Well, regarding the term “ex-wife,” not so fast. As it happens, despite the fact that Khloe and Lamar have been separated for just over 2 years, their divorce was never finalized, technically making Kardashian Odom’s legal spouse. Therefore, as US Weekly points out, “any medical decisions are up to Khloe.”
In related news, US also reports that Ms. Kardashian flew Lamar’s father and children into Nevada so they could be by his side.
