As he gears up for the release of his forthcoming studio album “Rolling Papers 2: The Weed Album,” Wiz Khalifa has been leaking a bevy of new material with each week that passes. Continuing to build momentum, Khalifa decides to double up this week and unveils the Harry Fraud produced “Just Because” as well as “Outsiders,” which is produced by frequent collaborators Big Jerm and Christo.
