What is S.P? This shake is in reflection of this time of year, which is transformation. Spice and pumpkin for one.
S.P. also stands for the beloved Sean Price, and who we dedicate this recipe to.
He’s one of the latest to pass from a health related illness. Let us be grateful for one of the greatest wealths one can acquire; our health.

Time to reflect for a sec, take 3 deep breaths, and remind yourself of what you are grateful for.
If you can’t think of anything, you will be grateful for your blender and this bomb shake in a few minutes!
Put on that “Cool To Live” track by DJ Cavem and Cody ChesnuTT.

1/4 cup soaked/drained/rinsed raw cashews
1 whole young thai coconut (water and meat)
3 medjool dates, pitted
1/8 cup 100% pure Maple Syrup (add more for extra sweetness, if desired)
1/4 avocado
1 scoop SunWarrior Classic Plus Vanilla Raw Plant-Based Protein Powder
1/2 inch piece of turmeric root or 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder
1/2 tbs pumpkin spice

Put all ingredients except the raw cacao nibs, cinnamon and nutmeg into a high powered blender. Blend on high for 1 minute.
Garnish with raw cocao nibs, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Enjoy!
Serves 1, because it’s like that.

What’s it good for?
This shake is packed with 29 grams of animal-free protein, and tons of nutrients, thanks to the 18 grams of raw plant
protein provided by SunWarrior. We highly recommend looking into coppin’ some of this stuff!
Tumeric is somethin’ serious! One of the biggest health benefits of turmeric is in the prevention and treatment of cancer.
Now, when it comes to maple syrup, we are talkin’ the real deal here. It’s not that cheap, cabins of log stuff you’re use to. Beware of the
syrups that fake the funk. That stuff will take you down son! 100% pure Maple syrup has 54 antioxidants, and is in the same beneficial class
as red wine, berries, and flax seed. Pink Himalayan salt is one of the “healthy” salts. Unlike processed table iodized salts that tear your health up,
Pink Himilayan salt contains 84 minerals, such as iron, magnesium, phosphorus, calcium, potassium and chloride. Word?
This shake is #DamnNearRaw, gluten free, dairy free, refined sugar free, and is all around, b.s. free. “Let thy food, be thy medicine.”
