The convictions of two drug dealing siblings last year has lead their attorneys to try to force prosecutors to reveal all of the information regarding the death of Jerome “Boo Boo” Estella and how two of the Wu Tang Clan‘s major players may have had a hand in his death.

Michael Gold, the attorney for the Anthony and Harvey Christian, drug dealers convicted last year of a murderous drug ring in Staten Island, wants the prosecutors to reveal all of the information surrounding the death of Estella, including allegations from a confidential informant that the RZA(Robert Diggs) and Raekwon The Chef(Corey Woods) possibly could have been involved in Estella’s murder and the death of another drug dealer in Staten Island the same year.

Assistant US Attorney Allon Lifshitz says that excerpts from an FBI interview with Brian Humphreys, the man who shot Jerome Estella, insinuates that Estella robbed RZA’s brother.

“A couple of weeks before the Boo Boo shooting, Uncles (informant Paul Ford) told Humphreys about a Blood named Boo Boo who just came home from jail. He stated that Boo Boo had robbed RZA’s little brother and had also gotten into something with the Christian brothers,”

an excerpt reads.

“Uncles was talking about Boo Boo and said that he had just come home and robbed RZA’s brother and that they would likely come after him for that. Humphreys believes Uncles was referring to members of Wu-Tang.”

Another excerpt references Raekwon, in a conversation betwwen Humphreys, Ford and Anthony Christian, which suggests that the Chef had his hand in the death of drug dealer Corey “Shank Bank” Brooker in June 1999. It suggests that Estella may have been murdered as a result of a dispute between Brooker and RZA because Brooker allegedly robbed RZA’s brother and Rae’s cousin.

Ford claims in the filing that RZA put up $30K to have Brooker killed. As of yet, no one has been charged with Brooker’s murder.
