Video of the defending 6th Man of the Year in the NBA, Los Angeles Lakers shooting guard Lou Williams being cuffed by police officers in Las Vegas in September has surfaced today, via TMZ.
According to TMZ Sports, Williams was involved in a physical altercation with an unidentified man outside the September Floyd Mayweather vs Andre Berto fight. The incident involving Williams allegedly took place outside The Cromwell Hotel & Casino in Vegas.
Despite being handcuffed by police, Williams was not arrested that night. His agent, Wallace Prather III, had this to say about the recent incident.
Apparently there was an issue that he wasn’t involved in, which is why they didn’t arrest him. If Lou was fighting in public in Las Vegas, they would have arrested his ass…He wasn’t fighting anyone.
