Explosions outside of a France vs Germany football match–which France President Francois Hollande was attending–and shootings at the Bataclan Theatre in the middle of a sold-out rock concert and at nearby restaurants were just a few of the attacks made on Paris during the chaos last night. Many of the attackers are believed to be dead, some by suicide, some were allegedly taken down by authorities. At one point, 100 people had been taken hostage inside the Bataclan. There were a reported 80 people killed at that location alone.

According to BBC, police believe that all of the gunmen are dead, but the status of the accomplices is still unknown. Last night, the Eiffel Tower’s lights were turned out in commemoration of the fallen civilians.
