It is no secret that 50 Cent has never seen a confrontation he didn’t like. Whether it be with other artists, ex-girlfriends, or actors, everyone is fair game. This time Fif is at odds with Derek Jeter after the former New York Yankees shortstop allegedly backed out of a deal with male underwear company Frigo. The suit claimed that Jeter reneged on his agreement after he learned of 50 Cent’s involvement, feeling it made the company too “urban.”

50 Cent signed on to become a brand ambassador for Frigo for a reported $78 Million and has added the company to his list of promo items along with SMS Audio and Effen Vodka. Back in 2011, Jeter agreed to become the director of the Swedish underwear company and participate in all public events. The lawsuit, filed by the majority owner Mathias Ingvarsson, claims that Frigo lost close to $30 Million in value due to Jeter’s departure and is asking for $4.7 Million in damages.

Of course, 50 Cent was swift in his reply, throwing a jab at #2 on Instagram.

Aside from Derek Jeter being one of the most famous bi-racial celebs, what makes this all the more perplexing is that New York Knicks star Carmelo Anthony and Timbaland are also brand ambassadors. This is isn’t the first time Jeter and Frigo have had a bump in the road. Prior to the launch in the United States back in 2013, Jeter told Frigo that he didn’t want his involvement to be made public.

Below is a clip of Derek Jeter on ThisIs50 back in 2013, naming 50 Cent in his top 5 favorite rappers. The irony.
