Randy Moss
Randy Moss is without a doubt one of the Top 5 greatest wide receivers in NFL history. His natural talents made him nearly unstoppable as he sped past defenders and made incredible leaping grabs. Yet for every positive, there was a drawback. Beloved by his teammates, Moss was at times a pariah in the media. Case in point, back in 2005 when he and the Vikings took on the Packers at Lambeau field, #84 pretended to moon Packer fans following a touchdown. He was later fined $10,000 by the NFL and after paying his fine stated “Ain’t nothing but 10 grand. What’s 10 grand, to me? Next time I might to shake my d***.” Also, let’s not forget the time he was traded from the Patriots to the Titans. He was soon shipped out of Tennessee after a team luncheon where he publicly berated the catering, “Who ordered this crap? I wouldn’t feed this to my dog.” Or what about his locker room spat with Patriots QB Tom Brady, which ended with him saying Brady “looks like a girl.” As juvenile as these hings seem, they are plentiful in the career of Randy Moss. But his numbers on the field don’t lie, he was anomaly.
