Gearing up to release her EP 4U, Christina Milian has tapped veteran Snoop Dogg for her new single, “Like Me.”
In a statement to BET before the single’s premiere, the newly single singer revealed:
“‘Like Me’ is one of the catchy and relatable records that says I’m confident, I’m real and unique to any other relationship you’ll ever experience. Everyone brings something different to the table when you’re falling in love and as long as you’re confident and secure with yourself, I think it gives you your own stamp and makes you a power player in a relationship.”
Lyrics from the track like “Can’t nobody do it like me” appear to be direct shots at ex-bae Lil’ Wayne. Her ex-flame is featured on the EP’s seductive track, “Do It.”
4U will be available on December 4 from all digital retailers.
