Cam Newton has been making his case for this year’s NFL MVP, leading the Carolina Panthers to a 10-0 record and throwing for a career best 5 touchdowns this past Sunday against the Washington Redskins. Without a doubt one of the most popular athletes currently in the league, it has been smooth sailing for the Atlanta, GA native off the field as well, being a model citizen and great role model for children. With Thanksgiving a few days away, Newton’s foundation helped feed 900 kids at his Thanksgiving Jam event, a very noble gesture to say the least.
Not only is @CameronNewton great on the field, he’s pretty good off it too. Tonight his foundation will help feed 900 kids. #ThanksgivingJam

Cam also held a “dab” contest amongst the children, whom all gave their best impression of the dance he has helped popularize.

Wonder what that Tennessee mom who was outraged by his “dab” touchdown dance has to say about this.
