Loso wastes little time diving straight into the fancy deep cuts on his latest mixtape, utilizing an awesome Lauryn Hill sample on “Real Ones,” featuring little known but appropriate singer Jazzy on the chorus. It’s a New York banger through and through, down to “Who else pull the big daddy up on Mother Gaston?” and Fab has rarely sounded more at home. Summertime Shootout is the perfect teaser for Fab’s second consecutive Christmas present, The Young OG Project 2, which is impacting on Dec. 25, and “Real Ones” will probably stay on your phone for quite some time.
