Award Winning Timbs by Pharrell
Superstar artist Pharrell Williams has received a well deserved nod to his collaborative Bee Line x Timberland “Honeycomb” boot release. The footwear “Shoe of the Year Award” was recently presented to Kanye West for the lauded Yeezy Boost and the Footwear News Achievement Awards have similarly blessed Skateboard P with his own accolade. The FNAA “Collaboration of the Year” has been designated to an outerwear boot with function and style. Respecting his collaborative effort with Timberland and fashion label Bee Line, the wheat colored honeycomb print shoes are completely made of recycled bionic yarn. Pharrell was not in attendance at the award ceremony yet Timberland’s VP of global product and design, Lisa Demarkis graciously accepted the prize alongside a special acceptance video by Williams that is now available for viewing.
