Well-beyond the crack of dawn in Cole’s career as we inch closer to his fourth solo album, for someone to have still not recognized by now that he’s among the cream of the crop in hip-hop, there’s no sense in sugarcoating the fact that time has clearly passed for the early bird to get the worm. But no matter his level of buzz, the Fayetteville MC refuses to allow the alarming news to stunt his efforts in resuscitating folks from their slumber and reminding them that even at this point, if they snooze, they lose.
