Chance The Rapper is heating up.

The Chicago emcee and co-star of Donnie Trumpet‘s Social Experiment band will be the guest appearance of tonight’s episode of Saturday Night Live, where he will become the first independent act to perform in the show’s 40-year history. Since the announcement of his appearance was made last month, Chance has teased his new material with the hashtag #thirdmixtape, insinuating that he would be taking a break from his Social Experiment duties–SoX dropped their first album, Surf, earlier this year–to return to the solo scene, where he’s been missing since the release of his breakout mixtape, Acid Rap, in 2013.

Thus far, “Angels,” which Chance debuted on another late night staple–The Late Show with Stephen Colbert–has been the only official Chance solo release of late, and it looks like we’ve just received the follow-up. Before you watch Chance on SNL tonight, stream his just-released new song, “Somewhere In Paradise,” featuring fellow Chicagoans R. Kelly and Jeremih, each of whom have released new albums of their own over the last 10 days. If “Paradise” sounds a tad familiar, that’s because Chance has been teasing different versions of the record in live performances for the last two years. Thankfully, we now have the official version. Cop it here on iTunes.
