A couple days ago, a Twitter user hit Top Dawg, the head of TDE, on Twitter to inquire about an alleged altercation that his cousin witnessed involving ScHoolboy Q and Kendrick Lamar. Top Dawg quickly put that fire out, claiming what said cousin saw was merely a “minor” disagreement, and there was no reason for folks to begin assuming that there’s trouble in the Black Hippy paradise.

It should be noted that TDE, specifically Top Dawg and ScHoolboy Q, are known for their refined trolling tactics, so of course a video of the alleged “altercation” was released, and it turned out to be Q and Kendrick, squaring off in the most exaggerated way possible, looking as if they were trying to imitate Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon fight scenes. Both rappers erupted in laughter at the end of the video, and all seems to be well between labelmates.
It should be noted that we’re looking forward to ScHoolboy Q’s sophomore effort, which he’s reportedly done with. 2016’s looking bright already.
