Kelis is known for surprises, but it turns out she’s better than anyone could imagine.
According to reports, Kelis welcomed a baby boy last month that no one knew anything about. According to E! News, the singer’s new bundle of joy’s name is Shepherd.
“Kelis has a healthy baby and she’s thrilled,” E! News reports. Despite Kelis keeping her pregnancy pretty private, during a recent appearance at Los Angeles Women’s Expo in October, the songstress shared how motherhood has changed her.
“It enhances you. I don’t know if it really changes you,” Kelis said. “I think it just enhances who you already are. It makes the things that you do make sense. You’re more poignant and more focused.”
In 2009, Kelis welcomed her first child, a baby boy named Knight, with now ex-husband Nas.
