Jadakiss and Swizz Beatz is a combo we’re already familiar with (thanks to their Ruff Ryders lineage), thanks to 2009’s “Who’s Real”). Kiss’s return to store shelves this year was accompanied by a couple Swizz-produced records, one of which brought out a sturdier Jadakiss than we’ve heard in quite some time. With Puff Daddy prefacing and concluding the record with his signature and patented slick talk, Kiss reminds listeners that—as he’s proved over the last two decades—if “you don’t hustle, you don’t eat,” over one of the most punishing beats Swizz has pumped out in the last decade.
