A new reality show from VH1 will take a look at family drama, pain, and healing in their latest series, VH1 Family Therapy With Dr. Jenn.
Featuring families where at least one of the members is celeb, the show takes a look at how fame can affect families. In addition to examining the affects of fame, the show will also dig deep into family secrets, and expose past wounds that Dr. Jenn is there to help begin to heal.
Some of the families who are looking to find some introspection, reflection, and healing include Damon Dash (with his brothers Jeremy and Bobby Dash), Tiffany “New York” Pollard (and her mother), along with Dina and Michael Lohan to name a few.
The show, which comes from the same producers of Celebrity Rehab With Dr. Drew, Dr. Jenn plans to “shed a little light on the complicated and often misunderstood world of celebrity families who still have to grapple with universal issues – but under a microscope.”
Over the course of three weeks, a total of 5 celebrity families will undergo intensive family (and group) therapy under the guidance of Dr. Jenn Mann.
