This is the second time in a row West, 38, has dropped a new song on New Year’s Eve. Last NYE, he released “Only One,” featuring Paul McCartney. The Metro Boomin-produced track touched base on a lot of important recent matters that sparked the public interest in 2015 : “Do anybody feel bad for Bill Cosby?/ Did he forget the names just like Steve Harvey?”, West asks on the track. Cosby, 78, was charged with second-degree felony for aggravated indecent assault on Wednesday, December 30, after dozens of women have come out last year accusing him of sexually assaulting them over the last few decades. Cosby did not enter a plea; he was released on $1 million bail, and the following day he took to Twitter, thanking his friends and fans. The Chicago rapper also spoke about his intentions to run for presidency in 2020, “2020, I’mma run the whole election” (last year, West announced during the VMAs that he’ll be running for president).
