Imagine walking into your favorite breakfast spot and seeing two employees doing hair right next–like…RIGHT next–to where your number 4 is being prepared?
Well you don’t have to imagine much longer, because there is unfortunately already video footage of the aforementioned. Antonio Robinson, a patron at a Waffle House in Arkansas, took it with his phone, witnessing the employee dipping her hair into the pot of water, and drying it off with kitchen towels. Unbelievable.
Local health inspectors made it clear that doing hair in any capacity while working at a food service establishment is a violation, and the two employees have since been fired. The manager told local news crew WREG that he found the incident to be “embarrassing,” and St. Francis county health inspectors have launched a full investigation into the Waffle House.
