The movie, which also features Terrence Jenkins, Paula Patton, and Lauren London, was co-produced by Jenkins and is directed by Billie Woodruff, who’s responsible for the direction behind Honey and Barbershop, the latter of which Latifah starred in. According to The Hollywood Reporter, the film plot centers around what happens when a “successful playboy meets his match,” and the movie was shot last summer in Los Angeles.

This marks the first big screen look for Montana, who before has made appearances on small screen episodes of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, and Ridiculousness. On the music tip, we continue to await Montana’s proper sophomore album, Mac & Cheese: The Album, which has often been delayed since its original expected release in December of 2014.
