The most shocking news in the sports world as of late is the firing of Cleveland Cavaliers head coach David Blatt, whom is being replaced by assistant coach Tyronn Lue. It was all the more surprising because the Cavs are currently the number 1 team in the eastern conference with a 30-11 record. This along with leading the team to the NBA Finals last season. As shocked as fans and pundits were, the Cavs players were equally astonished. Players on the team were called in for a mandatory meeting Friday (January 22), and many of them assumed that the franchise had traded away Kevin Love, but eventually found out that their coach was gone.
