February’s shaping up to be a busy month in Hip Hop, to say the very least. With expected album releases from Kanye West (SWISH, February 11), Wiz Khalifa (Khalifa, February 5), and Young Thug (Slime Season 3), along with a previously-hinted-at surprise from J.Cole and the looming anticipation of Drake‘s Views From the 6 – which, as we witnessed in regards to If You’re Reading This It’s Too late, could technically drop at any point – already in mind, we can now add projects from A$AP Ferg and Dizzy Wright to the growing list of foreseeable arrivals.

Although a specific date for Ferg’s sophomore album, Always Strive & Prosper, has yet to be announced, the Harlem MC did reveal on Twitter that it will in fact be dropping sometime next month. Led by the Future-assisted single “New Level,” the LP will also feature Chris Brown, Swizz Beatz, Missy Elliott, Rick Ross and more. “It’s basically a documentary of my life, and it’s very personal,” described Ferg, who’s currently in the midst of a co-headlining tour with G-Eazy,

Meanwhile, following the unfortunate disassembling of his former label and tight-knit crew, Funk Volume, Dizzy Wright has unveiled plans to release a new EP, Wisdom and Good Vibes – an eight-track offering with no accredited guest appearances – on February 5. The rapper can also be seen performing live as direct support during Logic‘s 56-date “Incredible” world tour, which kicks off that same day in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada and eventually wraps on May 10 in Stockholm, Sweden.
