A Florida man was arrested and charged with aggrevated assault with a deadly weapon and a slew of other charges when he threw a live alligator into the drive-thru window of a Wendy’s Restaurant near Loxahatchee, Florida.

23 year old Joshua James was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, illegally killing, possessing or capturing an alligator, and second-degree larceny petit theft, according to the Palm Beach Sheriff’s Office. Acording to the Sheriff’s report, James pulled up for his order, and after a server handed a drink and turned around, James tossed the 3 1/2-foot gator into the drive-through window.

James is still being held without bond. Even though the incident occured in October, James has just been taken into custody by the U,S, Marshals.
