He’s done it again. Just as folks were beginning to suggest a seemingly inevitable shift in his widespread momentum – somehow dissatisfied with the contents of his Purple Reign mixtape, which to their credit, he did later refer to as merely a warm-up (but then again, certainly not a cool-down by any means) – Future‘s new album, EVOL (love spelled backwards), has earned him his third straight No. 1 debut on the Billboard 200 chart following DS2 and What a Time to Be Alive, reports indicate.

While the final tally has yet to be publicly confirmed by Nielsen Soundscan – and subsequently, Billboard itself – a delighted Future took to Twitter to share the good news, after the oft-reliable HitsDailyDouble revealed that the Atlanta rapper’s fourth solo LP moved 108,403 units factoring in sales plus streams during its first week of availability, following a highly-touted premiere by DJ Khaled as part of his inaugural We the Best Radio show on Apple Music’s Beats 1 last Friday.
