The Groundhog Day star was relaxing on at the Starlight Rooftop Lounge at the Vesuvio Restaurant in Carmel, California when they started snapping him.

Owner Scott Pepe told the TMZ that Murray wasn’t drinking, but had become agitated when the starstruck patrons flashes started going off less than 10 feet away from him.

Furious at the intrusion, Murray grabbed their phones and threw them off the second story rooftop, he said, adding that he’d barred the use of phones and cameras at popular celebrity hang out.
