The successful autobiography (and hashtag) will be turned into a Netflix comedy series. Netflix is teaming up with Pitch Perfect writer Kay Cannon and actress Charlize Theron to turn the book into a show.
Written by Nasty Gal founder and former CEO Sophia Amoruso, the book #Girlboss tells the story of how Amoruso went from humble beginnings to running a multi-million dollar fashion empire.

In 2006, Amoruso launched an eBay store called Nasty Gal Vintage. Nearly a decade later, Nasty Gal has transformed into a popular e-commerce site, selling $100 million in clothing and accessories both new and vintage.
