Bobbi Kristina Brown, the daughter of Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown, died in July after a months-long coma from a drug-induced incident.

Now, a judge in Georgia has ordered her autopsy report unsealed on behalf of a request by Atlanta television station WXIA. The report could be released later today.

The prosecution had asked that the documents be sealed because a criminal investigation into her death is ongoing.

Bobbi Kristina’s conservator filed a wrongful death suit against her boyfriend Nick Gordon, but his lawyers called it “slanderous and meritless.”

Brown, 22, was found facedown and unconscious in her bathtub in January 2015.
