Coolio accepted digital show First We Feast‘s “Hot Ones” Challenge recently and discussed the popularity of online cooking shows and wants to know how people like Action Bronson, Kylie Jenner, and Blac Chyna got a cooking show before he did:

How the hell Action Bronson get a TV show before me? I’ve been cooking for 10 years. I feel slighted. Action was actually a working chef before he made it in Hip Hop. But I’m just saying, if ya’ll gonna give Action Bronson a show, can I get a show too?

Prior to becoming a rapper, Action Bronson was a legitimate chef. He was featured in VICE Eats with a two-part video series in 2013. He also had a VICE Munchies series called F*ck, That’s Delicious, and had his own online cooking show called Action in the Kitchen. But Coolio, 52, still feels worthy of a show because cooking is something he’s been doing longer than rapping.

Coolio went on to discuss his stance on Kendrick Lamar‘s GRAMMY performance and said his performance was mediocre compared to the Top Dawg:

Kendrick’s performance brought tears to my eyes,” the 52-year old rapper says. “I thought I did a great performance at the Grammys, but after seeing his performance, I now feel like my s*it was mediocre. His performance was otherwordly.
