What exactly inspired you to begin your profession and when did you officially start?

There wasn’t exactly one event that inspired me to become who I already was: a creator. I’ve just always been drawn to drawing on every possible surface. I’ve never been one to hold myself back from making things more in my liking. I’ve never been one to let the fear of messing something up get in the way of experimenting with it.

What has been the biggest highlight of your career so far and why?

The highlight of my career thus far is a tie between my first solo show at Homies Wonderland and having someone (to be more specific @bettydawl) believe in my art enough to fly me out to Tampa, FL and back to be a part of her event, Cinq. I stepped out to an unfamiliar area with unfamiliar people and felt nothing but love and good vibes the whole time.

How has your life changed since you began your journey and what are you expecting next?

I wanna say that my life has really kicked off since last year. I had shows prior to last year, but last year is when things became more radically consistent.

What characteristics are important to have in order to be successful and why?

Success is subjective to the individual. I think it’s important to remember that in order to be successful. Based off your perspective and priorities, you should manifest your life to be the life you want. That’s what being successful is. I feel like being successful is being comfortable enough to do what you want, when you want.

What advice could you offer to those pursuing a career in the entertainment industry?

With social media platforms like Instagram and Twitter, I just want to remind the upcoming generation that there’s a bigger picture than just being seen. As big of a part as popularity plays into blowing up, I just feel that more artists sonically are starting to blend, and longevity is in the new, raw material. Stick true.

What prominent individuals in entertainment inspire you and why?

I can’t say my life reminds me of anyone else’s, for real. Not my lifestyle and not my mindset.

How do you feel you contribute to the innovation of art, and what message are you trying to perceive from your influence?

I feel like many disconnect from nature in such a digital age but I feel like the artist’s true essence is in their physical pieces. You see the means it took them to express it. Original works cost more than their copies because well, they’re worth more. It’s not as accessible. It becomes something rare.
