When guys in Dreamville shirts aren’t attempting to attack Donald Trump and receiving free boxes of gear from J. Cole‘s manager, guys like Bas, Omen and Cozz are tearing it up, and we have an exhibit of just that above.
Just after the turn of the New Year, Cozz dropped his second Dreamville release, Nothin’ Personal, featuring Boogie and Bas. Today, he unleashed a video for one of the project’s grittiest standouts, “Halftime Show,” which depicts the Cali native doing anything but taking a break. Instead, he delivers the face-melting bars and cutthroat flow that we’ve grown accustomed to over the last year or so, and the rap game is better off for it.
