In case Kanye West or Drake needed any more reassurance that they were two of the most influential people in the world and will most likely continue to be, TIME put out a bit of a reminder releasing it’s second annual list of “The 30 Most Influential People on the Internet.” Yeezy took the number one spot, of course, and Drake is the only other rapper who also made said list. Aside from choosing people because of their “global impact on social media and their overall ability to drive news,” TIME doesn’t explain their “method” on creating such a list.
However, Kanye has continuously been under the media spectrum for his popular Twitter rants that we love so much, his public rants and of course for the musical magic he creates. The list is pretty artsy featuring graphic designers, YouTube stars, authors, activists, DJ Khaled and more. The Kardashian clan managed to snag a couple of more spots on the list, both Caitlyn Jenner and Kim Kardashian West made the cut. You can check out the full list here, thoughts?
