In today’s world of social media, when everyone can share every moment with the world on Twitter and Instagram, it can be difficult to keep your personal business confidential for a celebrity, and songbird Jhene Aiko knows a thing or two about that.
But “The Worst” singer kept her marriage to longtime boyfriend, L.A. producer Dot Da Genius, under wraps for an extended amount of time. Genius, real name Oladipo Omishore, took to Instagram to wish his wife a Happy Birthday on Wednesday, March 16, under a picture of them exchanging rings at the altar, confirming speculations.
Rumors of the two being married began January 2015, when Genius posted a picture of their Hawaii getaway on Instagram with the pair sporting matching bands on their left hands and the producer occasionally referring to Aiko as his wife. The post was soon deleted.
