Earlier this year, MMG’s Chicago rep, Rockie Fresh, dropped his first full-length in three years, The Night I Went To…, an ambient, versatile project featuring the likes of Ed Sheeran, Chris Brown and Rick Ross. As he travels the country performing his new sounds for excited crowds in New York, Chicago and Los Angeles, Rockie will release “mini-mixtapes” to commemorate each appearance, beginning with the latter, L.A.
Today, Rockie Fresh liberated The Night I Went To…LA, a 4-track EP that comes with a remix to “Your Life,” which features Rick Ross (originally featured) and Casey Veggies, a previously released, Hit-Boy-produced loosie, “All I Want,” and two new bangers, “Potential” and “Addicted.” Stream the project below, and look for two more of these mini-tapes to drop over the next few weeks, as Rockie is scheduled to perform in Chicago and New York on the 29th and 31st of this month respectively.
