Former New York City mayor Rudy Giuliani did not hold back his feelings about Hillary Clinton during an appearance on The O’Reilly Factor.
In a discussion with host Bill O’Reilly about terror and ISIS, Giuliani made it clear he thought Clinton should bear blame on the terror group’s reign, saying she “could be considered a founding member of ISIS.”
Based on the fact Clinton was Secretary of State during Obama’s first term, Giuliani believes she had a hand in creating the terror organization which currently controls many parts of Syria and Iraq.
“She helped create ISIS,” Giuliani told O’Reilly. “By being part of an administration that withdrew from Iraq. By being part of an administration that let [former Prime Minister Nouri al Maliki] run Iraq into the ground, so you forced the Shiites to make a choice. By not intervening in Syria at the proper time. By being part of an administration that drew 12 lines in the sand and made a joke out of it.”
When O’Reilly offered the point Hillary couldn’t force policy on Obama, and that her only option would have been to resign, Giuliani has said that’s what she should’ve done.
