Godfather of Funk George Clinton is back with Funkadelic‘s “Ain’t That Funkin’ Kinda Hard on You? (Remix)” video featuring Kendrick Lamar and Ice Cube.
The Video God directed video features K. Dot manning the Mothership Connection as actor Michael Colyar is transported from his cousin’s broken down car to the pimped out spacecraft. Then Dr. Funkenstein himself reports to the hook, as Ice Cube delivers his bars for an out of this world collaboration.
“Ain’t That Funkin’ Kinda Hard On You?” is featured on Funkadelic’s 2014 studio effort, First Ya Gotta Shake the Gate, their first official album since 1981.
