Donald Trump is having one of the most unpredictable campaign trails in history. This week a 15-year-old girl was pepper-sprayed after calling out a man who allegedly groped her.
The teen, who was a protestor, can be seen confronting the man in the crowd. After an exchange of words he deployed the pepper-spray in her face. While some bystanders cheered, others seemed bothered by the situation. The event took place yesterday [March 29, 2016] and was uploaded to YouTube today. A 19-year-old at the scene also suffered from injuries due to second-hand pepper spray. Both were treated at local hospitals.
This incident is one of many events that have caused national attention. Even Corey Lewandowski, Trump’s campaign manager, was charged with simple battery after an incident with a reporter this month. There have been numerous viral videos of African Americans and other people of color being caught in the middle of racial turmoil, often agitated by his supporters.
